Claim Your Free Pizza

You did a bit, a dance, or a reaction at the PizzaCam — and we posted it. Nice. Here's how to collect on your free pizza.

The Ground Rules

Quick, Fair, Honour-System-ish

We kept the rules short. The short version: one pizza per featured video, we verify you were in it, you pick it up at the UofG kiosk.

  1. Your video must have been featured by us on @pizzafornoguelph.

    If we didn't post it on TikTok or Instagram, it doesn't qualify. You can check our accounts — TikTok and Instagram are linked at the bottom of this page.

  2. Re-share the video on your own social media and tag @pizzafornoguelph.

    Before you submit this form, post the featured video on your own TikTok, Instagram Story, Reel, or feed — and tag @pizzafornoguelph in the caption or the tag sticker. Paste the link to your re-share below so we can verify. This is part of the deal: we give you the pizza, you help us get the word out.

  3. One coupon per featured video — first to claim wins.

    If you and your friends are all in the same clip, the first person to submit this form gets the pizza. We only give one pizza away per video, not one per person.

  4. You must submit your real Instagram or TikTok handle.

    We use it to verify you're actually in the video. Fake or unverifiable handles get rejected.

  5. Every claim is manually reviewed.

    We check every submission ourselves. If everything looks good, your coupon code lands in your inbox within 3 business days. If we can't confirm you, we'll let you know by email.

  6. Coupons are one-time codes, good for 30 days.

    You get a unique code by email. Show it at the kiosk touchscreen to redeem one free 11-inch pizza (your choice of any variety — $14.99 value). Code expires 30 days after we issue it.

  7. Redeemable only at PizzaCam Guelph.

    149 Reynolds Walk, on the University of Guelph campus, beside the Athletic Centre.

  8. Non-transferable, no cash value, can't stack with other promos.

    Can't be sold, gifted, or combined with other discounts. One code, one pizza, one visit.

  9. We reserve the right to refuse claims if we spot abuse.

    Duplicate submissions, fake handles, claims on videos we didn't actually post, or any other shenanigans — we'll decline and move on.

The Fine Print, Un-Fined

How do I know if my video was featured?
Head to @pizzafornoguelph on TikTok or Instagram and scroll the grid. If you recognize yourself in a post, that's a feature. If you only saw yourself in someone else's repost or a random account, that doesn't count.
What if my friend submitted first but it's really my video?
Only one coupon per featured video — first submitted wins. If you both submit, we'll review, and whoever can clearly demonstrate they're in the clip (and submitted first) gets it.
How long does review take?
Usually 1–3 business days. We manually review every claim. You'll get an email either way — approved with a code, or declined with a short note.
Can I use the coupon at the St Joseph's Hamilton location?
Not this one — it's only redeemable at PizzaCam Guelph (149 Reynolds Walk). The other location doesn't have the camera and isn't part of this program.
What if I lose my coupon code?
Email us at hello@pizzacam.ca with the name and email you used when you submitted, and we'll look it up.
Can I trade or give my coupon away?
No — coupons are tied to the person who earned them. If you want to treat a friend, you can still stand at the kiosk and pay for their pizza the old-fashioned way.
